This goalkeeper-specific summer camp is a comprehensive program for male and female goalkeepers of all levels (ages 9-18). Our expert coaches, broad curriculum, and deliberate training exercises provide campers with the ideal environment for growth in all areas of their game – technical, tactical, physical, and mental.
Campers will experience elite goalkeeper training from current and former professional and college goalkeepers as well as D1 college goalkeeper coaches. The aim of this camp is to keep coach-to-camper ratio low and to ensure personalized training and assessment for each goalkeeper. This intimate setting will also allow for more repetitions in our technical on-the-field training sessions, covering topics including, but not limited to: handling, diving, extension diving, crosses, breakaways, distribution, and footwork.
The camp will also highlight the importance of sports psychology, nutrition and strength & conditioning to our unique position, while covering sport performance exercises that will maximize your abilities as a goalkeeper.
Whether you’ve played in goal for one week or ten years, you’ll walk away from this 3-day camp a better goalkeeper, and you’ll be equipped with knowledge tools to continue your improvement throughout the year.
