Some people say you have to be weird to be a goalkeeper – and that may be true.  But you also need to be focused, hard-working, detail-oriented, and you have to love playing in goal more than anything else in the world.  How do you fall in love with the position?  You focus on it, study it, live & breathe it.  You try it.  You fail.  You try again.  You fail again.  And you try it again, and again, and again, until… you succeed.  Fall in love with that process….. and you’ll fall in love with goalkeeping, the most beautiful position in any sport in the world.
